We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours and generally sooner - except at weekends, when we take a break ourselves.

We NEVER share your details with anyone and only write to you in response to your enquiry or tour. That's a promise.

When you decide to go ahead, we'll ask for a small deposit (generally 15%). At that stage we arrange all of the services in your itinerary - hotels, cruises, activities, trains, planes and everything else.

Nearer to your date of travel, we'll request for the balance to be paid. This can be done using a number of methods - including secure online and bank transfer. The choice is yours.

If it's not for you - we won't hassle you or bombard your inbox forever. We only use the information you provide us to create your tour - nothing else.
