I do want to thank you profusely for the wonderful trip you put together for us. You obviously put a lot of time, effort, and thought in to the final result. Your efforts were not wasted. I was totally happy with the trip and want you and all your guides to know that.

It was a total effort that played to perfection.

We got to see things and places that we would have never managed on our own. It pays to have someone, like yourselves, who know the area and are dedicated to their clients.

Firstly, thank you so much because the trip was very well organised, everything was almost perfect and it met all our expectations.
Our Italian guides were all very good. In particular we liked Mr Trung in Hanoi and Sapa who was very professional and the best. We also liked very much Ms Lan who’s English was perfect, very unusual in Vietnam.
The hotels were fine, particularly the one in Hanoi.
