Company Trip Viet Orchid Travel 2026: Together As One

There are trips that simply take us to new places, and there are journeys that truly bring people closer together not only to the destinations they visit, but also to the companions traveling alongside them. Our recent company trip to Da Nang, Hoi An Ancient Town, and Cu Lao Cham was exactly that kind of journey.

With the spirit of “Together as One” this was more than just a trip. It was a shared story woven from landscapes, culture, and meaningful moments reminding us why we travel, and more importantly, why we travel together.

More than that, this journey was also an opportunity for us to carefully experience and evaluate the services we offer, ensuring that every detail meets the standards we promise to our clients.

This company trip to Da Nang, Hoi An, and Cu Lao Cham was not merely about moving from one destination to another, but a journey to explore the layers of culture, nature, and the unique rhythm of life in Central Vietnam. Let us take you along with our team through this experience.

1. Hoi An Ancient Town – A Living Heritage Through Time

Hoi An Ancient Town is one of the rare destinations that has preserved almost intact its urban structure from centuries ago.

Narrow streets lined with signature yellow walls, moss-covered tiled roofs, and ancient wooden Narrow streets lined with signature yellow walls, moss-covered tiled roofs, and ancient wooden houses reflect a cultural fusion of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese influences. The atmosphere here is neither noisy nor rushed, but slow-paced and deeply immersive.

In the early morning, Hoi An reveals a completely different charm. The town is peaceful and quiet, with soft sunlight and fresh air creating the perfect setting for a gentle bike ride through empty streets. Without the crowds, every corner feels more intimate, offering a rare chance to truly experience the town at its most authentic and serene.

As sunset falls, Hoi An becomes even more captivating. Walking through the lantern-lit streets at night is an experience in itself, as thousands of colorful lanterns glow softly, reflecting on the Hoai River and creating a scene that is both romantic and enchanting. Small boats drift gently along the water, carrying floating lanterns like silent wishes, each telling its own story.

What makes Hoi An truly special is not only its architecture, but the feeling it evokes – a rare sense of peace in the modern world, highlighting a cultural experience that is truly unique.

2. Hoi An Memories Show – A Cultural Story Told Through Art

The “Hoi An Memories Show” outdoor performance offers a different perspective on Vietnamese history and culture. On a grand open-air stage, with hundreds of performers, a story spanning more than 400 years is brought to life through light, movement, and music.

From its early beginnings to the flourishing era as an international trading port, each historical phase is vividly and emotionally portrayed. What makes the show remarkable is its storytelling approach without relying on dialogue. Even for international audiences, the story is easily understood through visuals, rhythm, and emotion.

Each scene is meticulously staged: graceful white Ao Dai flowing in the early morning mist, international merchants arriving at the port, and touching love stories all combining to create a vivid portrait of Hoi An that is both vibrant and profound, rich in cultural and historical identity.

More than just a performance, it is an emotional experience. The audience does not simply “watch,” but rather feels as if they are “living” within the flow of history – where past and present blend seamlessly through art.

3. Cu Lao Cham – The Untouched Beauty of Vietnam’s Sea

Not far from Hoi An, Cu Lao Cham opens up an entirely different world – where nature remains largely untouched.

After just about 20 minutes by speedboat across crystal-clear blue waters, the island gradually appears, embraced by lush green forests and pristine beaches that feels like stepping into a completely different world.

Beyond its stunning coastline, Cu Lao Cham offers an authentic glimpse into the life of local fishing communities. Life here is closely tied to the sea simple, yet enduring through generations.

The first stop is Bai Ong Beach – a wide stretch of soft white sand and crystal-clear water where you can see all the way to the seabed. It is a place of natural relaxation, where one can set aside all worries and simply enjoy the sea.

From there, the journey continues to reveal different perspectives of the island. Moving to a higher vantage point once used as a helicopter landing site during special times when supplies were needed the entire Bai Ong appears from above, peaceful and untouched, like a painting set against the vast blue ocean.

Another essential stop is Hai Tang Pagoda, a more than 250-year-old temple nestled between mountains and the sea. The space here offers a rare sense of balance, deeply reflecting the island’s spiritual and cultural identity.

The journey continues to Bai Xep, considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Cu Lao Cham. Unlike Bai Ong, it carries a more untouched and tranquil charm. Along the way, the sight of monkeys naturally roaming in the forest enhances the feeling of being truly immersed in nature an experience not commonly found elsewhere. Locals often share, with a smile, that the number of monkeys on the island even exceeds the human population a small detail that reflects how well-preserved and wild this place remains.

In addition, sites such as the ancient Cham well, local markets, and residential areas offer a closer look into daily life – where people live slowly, stay connected to the sea, and preserve traditional values through generations.

The island’s cuisine is another highlight not to be missed. Lunch on the island offers a very special experience. Rather than elaborate dishes, it is a “home-style” meal prepared by local residents, featuring fresh seafood, vegetables, and traditional flavors. In a cozy seaside setting, accompanied by the gentle sound of waves and a refreshing breeze, we not only enjoyed the freshness of the food but also felt the warmth and hospitality of the local people.

Cu Lao Cham is beautiful not only for its landscapes, but also for how it is preserved. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve, the island embodies the spirit of sustainable tourism – where nature is respected and protected.

Together As One

The most memorable moment was not tied to a specific activity, but to the feeling of standing together in the vastness of the sea and sky – where all distances seemed to disappear, and people naturally grew closer to one another.

The journey comes to an end, but what remains are not just the destinations we visited, but the moments we shared together. From the blue seas of Cu Lao Cham, the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An, to the emotional depth of Hoi An Memories Show – everything came together to create a journey not only of discovery, but of connection.

In those moments, we were no longer individuals, but a more united team bonded through stories, laughter, and the simplest shared experiences.

More than just a trip, this was also a time for us to “reset” to renew our energy, inspiration, and perspective, so that we can be ready to deliver even more meaningful journeys for you when you visit Vietnam.

“Together as One” is not only the slogan of this trip, but has become the very spirit we carry forward – where each of us returns not only with memories, but with a deeper understanding and stronger connection for the journey ahead.
